FCC Modernizes Lifeline Program To Support Broadband Services
At its Open Meeting yesterday, the FCC adopted a Second Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Order on Reconsideration, Second Report and Order, and Memorandum Opinion and Order expanding the Lifeline program to support broadband services.
