The Maryland Public Service Commission set the filing date for tariff revisions to implement the July 2013 switched access rate reductions required by the FCC’s ICC/USF reform. The filings must be made no later than May 24, 2013, with a proposed effective date of July 1, 2013. Each filing must include a copy of the relevant interstate tariff page that indicates the carrier’s current interstate access rate.
