The PSC of Wyoming established deadlines for the filing of tariffs implementing the next phase of the FCC’s ICC/USF Order. All LECs, including CLECs, must file proposed intrastate access tariff revisions by June 1, 2013, with an effective date of July 1, 2013. Carriers that believe the requirements do not apply to them must still file a letter with the PSC to explain why.
