The Committee is also scheduled to consider S. 1353, The Cybersecurity Act of 2013.
US House of Representatives
The House Committee on Energy and Commerce has scheduled a markup of the FCC Consolidated Reporting Act for July 31, 2013. Opening Statements will be heard on July 30, 2013. The bill, H.R. 2844, was formally introduced on July 26, 2013, by Reps. Steve Scalise (R-LA) and Anna G. Eshoo (D-CA). Senator Dean Heller (R-NV) was expected to introduce the Senate version on July 29, 2013.
