The Discovery Channel features “Shark Week” each year that allows viewers to witness the migration and eating behaviors of frightening sea creatures via our television screens, smart phones, and other electronic devices. However, that carnage has nothing on the Thanksgiving Potluck Luncheon that we put together every year at Technologies Management, Inc.!
Once a year, this dedicated group of educated and talented individuals who spend their days navigating the world of utility regulation and compliance reporting on behalf of clients, focuses those skills on the creation of favorite family recipes and the consumption of the aforementioned. Get out of the way! This crowd is serious and the results are astounding. In some ways, the feeding frenzies featured on Shark Week episodes pale by comparison.
All kidding aside, the wonderful aroma of Turkey, Ham and all the trimmings with an incredible array of desserts and side dishes turns our offices into a veritable gastronomic Bacchanalia. The thrill of sharing these great dishes, good conversation, and fond memories with our co-workers keeps a smile on every face that will last for days and days. We thoroughly enjoy this time of our calendar year and hope that the same is true for you.
