Robin Norton, valued consultant and long time employee will retire from her position at Technologies Management, Inc. (TMI) on December 31, 2014. Since joining TMI in 1998, Robin worked diligently with local, long distance, operator service, and inmate service providers on state and federal regulatory compliance issues, providing outstanding support services to every client with whom she worked. Using her prior experience as a key staff member at the Florida Public Service Commission, Robin assisted our clients in developing and defending policy positions on a myriad of telecom regulatory issues including: confinement service, price caps, wireless certification requirements, mergers and transfers, and operator service regulations. “Robin’s imminent retirement is a bittersweet time for all of her colleagues.” stated Connie
