Position Overview

Inteserra, a leading provider of telecommunications tax and regulatory services, seeks an ambitious, goal-oriented Account Services Coordinator. The Account Services Coordinator will be responsible for protecting, growing, and supporting Inteserra’s customer base. The Account Services Coordinator will be working directly with existing and prospective subscribers, utilizing a customer focused approach. The right candidate is someone who enjoys working directly with customers and aims to exceed customer expectations.

The position will primarily be supporting our sales and marketing departments. This individual will work with the Vice President of Strategic Planning to be a liaison between sales, the customer, and our CRM. Responsibilities

• Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns
• Outbound calls to win back prospects
• Prospect for new sales opportunities
• Close inbound sales opportunities
• Work with and support current clients to expand customer base
• Dealing with and responding to high volume of emails
• Support Client Services, Sales, and Marketing teams
• Actively participate in sales discussions, meetings, and client visits
• Report monthly sales and support numbers to various departments
• Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant internal groups

Skills and Qualification

• Degree or equivalent experience (min. five years) with inside sales/account management. Special consideration will be given to candidates with telecom and/or Tax/Regulatory experience
• Comfortable on the phone reaching out to warm or cold sales leads
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Must be detail-oriented
• Highly self-motivated
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Well versed in IT skills, for example Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficient with Salesforce (CRM system)
• Some overnight travel may be required
• Positive attitude-Inteserra is a close-knit family and working well with others is essential
