Inteserra, Inc. is a leader in providing telecommunications tax and regulatory compliance reporting and consulting for clients across the country. We are now hiring an Administrative & Treasury Assistant for our Maitland, FL office and looking for experienced professionals to join our team!

The Administrative & Treasury Assistant will perform daily Registered Agent work for our clients, process incoming mail related to tax compliance, and assist the Treasury team with ACH payment processing.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Registered Agent tasks will include forwarding emails and Service of Process notices to clients within 24 hours of receipt. You will be responsible for ordering Registered Agent Services online and maintaining the client contact list and billing spreadsheet.

Treasury Assistant tasks will include supporting the ACH Team. You will provide data entry of tax information on agency websites and process ACH payments from client escrow accounts. Some overtime hours may be required during deadline weeks.

Other Administrative Support will be required, including but not limited to, processing incoming mail related to tax compliance and providing backup support on daily package review and document scan approvals.

A preference for stability and repetitive tasks with a demonstrated interest and ability to learn new skills is essential for success in this role. This person must be detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable meeting daily deadlines. This person must display a team player attitude and the ability to adhere to rules and processes.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work on your own
  • Must be excellent at time management and be able to work at a fast pace
  • Must have a good attitude and the ability to work as a team
  • Must have strong computer (MS Excel) skills

Education and Experience:

  • Associate’s degree preferred
    • Background in Accounts Payable a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a professional work environment
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Microsoft Excel
