Maine Numbering Conservation in 207 NPA

Maine numbering conservation succeeds in the 207 Number Plan Area (NPA). Maine remains a single NPA state. Maine has successfully reclaimed over 600,000 numbers in the 207 NPA as part of its numbering conservation efforts. As a result, the Maine Public Utilities Commission has closed its Case 2020-00192 Investigation into Current Carrier Numbering Inventory and Compliance with 47 CFR §52.50.
