The FCC has extended the deadline for filing reply comments in its cramming proceeding. Reply comments are now due December 16, 2013, instead of December 2, 2013. The extension of time was given in response to a petition filed by the National Association of State Utility Consumer Advocates (NASUCA). NASUCA sought the delay saying its opportunity to review the comments was shortened due to the Thanksgiving holiday and its annual meeting.
